Process

Our application process ensures a beautiful, durable concrete floor or surface.

 • The concrete coated surface can be walked on in 2 hours and returned to service in 4 hours.

 • First any cracks and surface defects are repaired.

 • The surface is prepared with mechanical grinding machines.

 • A pigmented base coat is rolled onto the concrete surface.

 • Decorative vinyl chips are broadcast onto the wet surface

 • Clear coat with slip-reduction media is applied one hour later.

The concrete coated surface can be walked on in 2 hours and returned to service in 4 hours.
